The Brief
CTEC Services were appointed to transform a 1,000m² head office into a premium, highly functional workplace designed to support business growth and create “the world’s first university for trades.”
The project required a complete internal and external refurbishment, bringing together office, training, event, meeting, hospitality, and client-facing spaces under one coordinated programme.





What we did
Acting as principal contractor, CTEC Services managed and coordinated multiple trades from start to finish.
The works included a full internal office refurbishment, the creation of bespoke event spaces, event rooms, and ten meeting rooms, alongside an open-plan kitchen and meet-and-greet area designed for collaboration and client interaction.
CTEC also delivered the installation of AV systems, staging, podiums, wireless microphones, and display systems, as well as electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, flooring, plastering, drylining, and carpentry works.
Externally, the building was upgraded with matt black cladding, illuminated 3D gold lettering, signage, landscaping, and gravel walkways.
The outcome
The completed refurbishment transformed the head office into a modern, high-spec environment that supports day-to-day operations, client engagement, events, and training.
With premium finishes, integrated technology, and carefully planned collaborative spaces, the project delivers a distinctive workplace experience built around growth, functionality, and the future of the trades industry.
