The fit-out comprised two state-of-the-art studios, a reception area, four WCs, two storerooms, and a treatment room.

To achieve a comfortable and functional environment, CTEC installed a comprehensive HVAC package, including two heat recovery systems to maintain fresh airflow and four climate-controlled A/C units to keep the studio at optimal temperatures year-round. A bespoke AV system was integrated, featuring a live camera that tracks the instructor and projects their movements onto the wall, ensuring every participant can follow with ease.

Bespoke lighting was installed throughout, including custom backlit mirrors to enhance the premium aesthetic.

All finishes were carefully selected to achieve a soft, simplistic, and high-quality feel.

The completed studio sets a new benchmark for fitness spaces, combining premium finishes with cutting-edge technology to deliver an exceptional user experience.

With its open and light-filled design, specialist equipment, and carefully engineered climate control, the project provides an inspiring environment for both instructors and clients.

Phase two of the scheme will see the addition of a hot works area, including five saunas designed for workout sessions, further expanding the studio’s offering.

CTEC continue to support the client across all sites by carrying out ongoing M&E maintenance, ensuring the facilities remain in peak condition.
